Evaluation and Assessment :

PRE-PRIMARY : Continuous evaluation is done to monitor the Child's level of development throughout the year. The performance is conveyed to the parents in the 'Grade System' during PTM's to eliminate competition among the peer groups.

ASSESSMENT : I – V (PRIMARY)
The School will follow a system of Continuous and Comprehensive Assessment throughout the academic year. The academic session is divided into two terms : April - Sep. & Oct. - March.

SCHOLASTIC ASSESSMENT : Formative and Summative
Formative Assessment : FA will comprise of Class work, Role play, Conversation, Orals, Worksheets and Unit-tests.
Summative Assessment : SA will be conducted after each term.

ASSESSMENT : VI - VIII (JUNIOR)
SCHOLASTIC ASSESSMENT
A weightage of 20% from the formative tests of each term and 30% from Summative Assessment of each will be taken to calculate the final result.
FA = FA1+FA2+FA3+FA4
SA = SA1+SA2

Co-SCHOLASTIC ASSESSMENT: The students will be assessed in the following domains: Life Skills, Work Education, Visual and Performing Arts, Attitudes and Values, Club Activities and Health and Physical Activities.The students will be assigned grades for Co- Scholastic assessment on a five point scale (A-E) i.e. A, B, C, D, E.

Co-SCHOLASTIC ASSESSMENT: The students will be assessed in the following domains: Life Skills, Work Education, Visual and Performing Arts, Attitudes and Values, Club Activities and Health and Physical Activities.The students will be assigned grades for Co- Scholastic assessment on a five point scale (A-E) i.e. A, B, C, D, E.

Third Language
In our constant endeavor to encourage and motivate the students to excel in learning languages other than English and their mother tongue, a third language is introduced in class V. Students have to opt Sanskrit/French compulsorily upto VIII.

EXAMINATION For Classes IX & X
* As per the directives issued by CBSE, continuous and comprehensive evaluation i.e CCE will be followed for classes IX & X.

FA – Formative Assessment : School based internal assessment.
SA – Summative Assessment : Question papers and marking scheme supplied by the Board and assessment carried out by the School.
Problem Solving Assessment (PSA) score has been reflected towards FA4 in one language (English or Hindi), Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
